Our Proofing Tools use Unicode dictionaries so we can save words in any language, that the system supports. Office still uses non-Unicode codepages and can not handle words of other languages (except Greek & English).

In order, for WORD, to use Unicode dictionaries follow the next instructions:
1) Go to menu Word/Preferences
2) Choose Spelling and Grammar
3) Press the button Dictionaries
4) If you have added words to the custom dictionary and you need them, you must find the custom dictionary file in the disk and copy it to another location.
5) Delete the Custom Dictionary that is selected (Remove button).
6) With New... we create a new Custom Dictionary. You don't have to choose a language (leave it to none)
7) Open and try Word.
8) If you followed step 4, that means you have copied the old dictionary and want the words it contains, open with TextEdit the old dictionary, choose all the words, copy them (Edit/Copy), opens the new file and paste them in the end of it.

Unfortunately, a bug in Microsoft Office 2008 deny the cooperation of our proofing tools with some applications of the Office Suite. We have contacted with Microsoft but, until now, no solution has given to this problem. We hope that Microsoft will fix this bug, through an update for office 2008, in the near future.
